HMA Agro Industries IPO: Everything You Need to Know

HMA Agro Industries is a food trade organization that deals in handled food and agro products. The company was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. HMA Agro Industries has a strong presence in the Indian market and is one of the leading players in the food trade industry.

The company is now looking to raise Rs 480 crore through its initial public offering (IPO). The IPO will open for subscription on June 20, 2023 and will close on June 23, 2023. The issue consists of a fresh issue of 25.64 lakh equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 56.41 lakh equity shares.

The price band for the IPO is fixed at Rs 555 to Rs 585 per share. The minimum investment in the IPO is Rs 13,875 (25 shares at the upper price band). The IPO will be listed on the BSE and NSE.

The proceeds from the IPO will be used by HMA Agro Industries to fund working capital requirements and other general corporate purposes.
